How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling fees are noted within text of description as a flat fee. Shipping is via media mail for books. Paperbacks cost $2.75 to ship; hardbacks cost $3.75; larger volume book cost $4.00. Combined shipping is available at a cost of $.75 for each additional item. DVDs are shipping via first class mail for $3.00.
